Start-from-Scratch Complete Planning
Typically 6 months to 1+ yearS out
· First meet and initial consultation with the wedding couple to get to know one another
· Wedding vision, style and goals – assist in the development of couple’s desired theme and feel
· Wedding budget development and maintenance throughout the planning process
· Full wedding to-do list and continuous maintenance with reminders as desired
· Develop detailed wedding timeline to be the guide for the wedding day
· Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception locations
· Assist with selecting vendors most appropriate to your budget and wedding vision
- Includes assistance with contracts, deposits, payments and gratuities
- Liaise between vendors and clients to ensure needs are met
· Unlimited email/text communication and in-person meetings approximately once per month
· Assistance with the ceremony and reception layout with to-scale drawings
· Distribute timeline and pertinent details to vendors
- Including duties, expectations, and arrival and departure times
· Assistance with stationary needs as requested (save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menu/escort cards, etc.)
· Assistance with photo shot list and coordination with photographer
· Final wrap-up meeting prior to the wedding day
· Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

· Oversee and assist with entire set-up as determined in pre-wedding meeting
