Four Months Away From the Day

Approximately 4 months out

·       First meet initial consultation with the wedding couple to get to know one another

·       Full wedding to-do list and budget breakdown to begin building

·       Becomes point-of-contact with vendors at start of service

·       Assistance with last minute vendor selection and hiring

·       Coordination of wedding theme and vision in the details

·       Two to three consultation meetings prior to wedding to discuss final details

·       Unlimited email/text communication within the 4-month period 

·       Develop complete wedding day timeline, and provision to all vendors

-       Including duties, expectations, and arrival and departure times

·       Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

·       Includes all items for day-of coordination (up to 12 hours)-see below
